A RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF WE HAVE BEEN CONTACTED PRIOR FOR AUTHORISATION AND YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED WITHIN 14 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
* RETURN POSTAGE IS AT THE EXPENSE OF YOU THE CUSTOMER
YOU WILL BE ISSUED AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR STORE CREDIT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AT WHICH YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER. STORE CREDITS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED ONCE WE HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM & IT IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
* STORE CREDITS ARE VAILD FOR 12 MONTHS FROM ISSUE DATE AFTER THIS TIME YOUR CREDIT WILL EXPIRE AND BE INVALID *
FAULTY ITEMS
You will only be refunded if item is faulty or damaged. You will be refunded the amount of the item back to your original method of payment.
We strongly encourage sending your return back to us via a method that has a tracking system in place. We do not accept responsibility for any returns that have not reached our return address.
Please allow up to 5 days for returns to be processed once they have arrived back to us.
