SHIPPING

All your purchases are dispatched within 2 days of ordering.

A tracking number will be emailed direct to you once sent, for you to track the transit progress - it is your responsibility to ensure that appropriate arrangements are made for you to be at the delivery address.

We ship Australia wide. Shipping prices on website are in AUD. These prices are for Australian buyers only.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address when ordering your items for delivery.
If you have supplied an incorrect delivery address & it is returned to sender  we are not obliged to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. This additional postage cost will be incurred by you the customer.

If your order has not arrived it is the customer's responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
If this occurs & we learn the order has not arrived by the due date we will proceed with enquiries directly with the courier to locate and ensure delivery happens as soon as possible.
